These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and PT89 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at pt89.cam ("the Platform", "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through PT89's services, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety; (c) are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited; and (d) accept full personal responsibility for your gambling activity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with PT89's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PT89.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on PT89, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the Platform:

• Be at least 21 years of age. PT89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a locally issued licence not held by PT89.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of PT89 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated through PT89 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme — that is currently active.
• Not hold any other active or inactive PT89 account. The Platform operates a strictly enforced one-account-per-person policy.

When registering an account, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination without prior notice.

4.1 KYC Verification Process

PT89 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a regulatory obligation and to protect the integrity of the Platform. The following documents are required to complete full KYC verification:

• Identity Document: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or international passport (photo page). The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months and showing your current registered address.
• Selfie with Identity Document: A photograph of the account holder holding their identity document, clearly showing both the holder's face and the document's personal details.

4.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. PT89 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify PT89 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. PT89 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain credential security.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

PT89 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and may be subject to change; current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the PT89 account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the account portal.
• PT89 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes, DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes, and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target processing times and may be subject to delays during peak periods or due to payment provider processing times outside PT89's control.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on PT89 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency deposit option, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction will be credited to the account. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; PT89 uses a reference exchange rate at the point of transaction confirmation.

PT89 offers a range of welcome bonuses and ongoing promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms detailed at the point of offer. The following general terms apply to all PT89 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed registration.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus credit date unless otherwise specified). Failure to meet requirements within this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• PT89 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live dealer games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% of qualifying stakes. Specific contribution rates are shown in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing single bets exceeding RM50 (or equivalent) while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture at PT89's discretion.
• PT89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where this would be unfair to players who have already opted into the relevant promotion.

PT89 offers a range of gaming products including online slot machines, live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international events), poker, lottery, and arcade products.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on PT89 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on individual games represent theoretical long-term return rates calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may deviate significantly from the stated RTP. PT89 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any individual game session.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed in the PT89 sportsbook at the time of wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between odds displayed at bet placement and the correct odds (due to technical error), PT89 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account. Settled bets are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game session, PT89 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the round will be completed server-side and the outcome recorded. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on PT89's systems, the stake will be returned to the User's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PT89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one PT89 account, whether under your own name or using third-party identities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering, playing, or depositing while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with PT89's Platform without human input in real time.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider while retaining the associated PT89 balance or winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using PT89 to process or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity. PT89 complies with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the PT89 Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, identity documents, or payment details during registration or KYC processes.

PT89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. PT89 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently close their account and request to be excluded from all PT89 marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately upon request confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Session time reminders can be configured to alert players at defined intervals during extended gaming sessions.

PT89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. It is a criminal offence to allow a person under the age of 21 to gamble. Any person under 21 found to have accessed PT89 will have their account terminated immediately and all transactions reversed.

All content on the PT89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name PT89, all logos, graphics, user interface designs, game software, text, images, video content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PT89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PT89 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any PT89 content without prior written consent from PT89.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT89 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the PT89 Platform, even if PT89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PT89's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PT89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• PT89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is subject to a legal order, regulatory direction, or court injunction.
• PT89 determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that continued account activity poses an unacceptable financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

In the event of account closure due to a User's breach of these Terms, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to bonus wagering disputes will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC completion.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PT89 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending wagering requirements or withdrawal requests already submitted at the time of the closure request.

PT89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via email to the address on record, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Continued use of the PT89 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PT89 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute between PT89 and a User that cannot be resolved through PT89's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body specified by PT89's licensing jurisdiction.

PT89's internal complaints process requires Users to first submit a written complaint to [email protected], referencing their account number and providing a clear description of the issue. PT89 will respond within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction through this process, escalation to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism is available.
